CONSULTATION:
The first step in the Evember floral journey is to get to know you through a consultation so we can understand your wedding vision and style.  Consultations can be done in person in our studio, on the phone or virtually.

PROPOSAL:
After your consultation we will get to work designing a custom, detailed proposal that will be emailed to you.  The proposal will contain both a descriptive listing of all items we are proposing along with a detailed vision board.

CONTRACT and RETAINER:
Once the proposal has been approved, we will move forward with securing your wedding date with a retainer and contract.

UPDATES and CHANGES:
In the months leading up to your wedding especially after you get your RSVPs and finish final layouts, it is normal for there to be changes and updates that need to be made.   We can adjust your design and quantities as needed. If you have a question or need to make a change, reach out to us and let us know.

FINAL CHANGES AND PAYMENTS:
Your final changes/updates and payment are due two weeks before the wedding.  It is a good idea about a month before the wedding to schedule a call or meeting to get those final changes nailed down.

WEDDING MONTH:
Our design team starts working weeks ahead of time to secure all of the items for your wedding, placing the floral orders and pulling and cleaning every vase, candle holder and any other item for your wedding to make sure each detail is handled with care.

WEDDING WEEK:
Wedding Week is when all the floral magic happens.  Flowers are delivered to the studio and our team of designers start working to make your floral design come to life.   Nothing better than a studio full of flowers!

WEDDING DAY:
Wedding Day is our FAVORITE day of the week!  Our day starts early with a detailed schedule, multiple checklist and processes to make sure everything runs smooth.  We load up our vehicles and head for the venue.  We setup and install all of the items you order with care and attention to detail to make your vision come to life.   After the event is over, we will arrive to pickup and cleanup all items provided by Evember.

"Our Process"

So how does this work?

Common Questions

What Should I bring to the consultation?

What is the average cost of wedding flowers?

How far out should I book my wedding Flowers?

What if I am not sure what flowers I want.  Will you help me figure it out?

What if i don't live in town? can we do a phone or video consultation?

Do I need to provide my own vases and candles?

That is a question that is hard to answer.  There are so many variables that effect the cost of flowers from the type of flowers, time of year, wedding design style and quantity.  It is hard to give an average.  Please see our investment page for more information on pricing.

While we are happy to work with clients at any stage of their planning process, we do recommend booking your florist 6-9 months out from your wedding.   For weddings in peak wedding months such as March, April, May, September, October and November, We recommend booking closer to 12 months out.f

Yes, it is totally ok to not be sure what you want your flowers to look like.  Through our consultation and proposal process we will help you turn those inspiration photos and pintrest pins into a custom wedding floral design just for you!

We work with a lot of clients that live out of town and some that we do not meet in person until their wedding day.   We can work thru phone, email and video calls to complete the floral design process.   We are here to make the process as fun and easy as possible!

Not at all!  We have two warehouses full of items for our full service clients to use at their events.  We have everything from tall centerpiece vases, low compotes, candlescapes, lanterns, large garden urns, arches, backdrops, flower walls and more.

Bring inspiration photos of flowers you have collected as well as answers to these questions:
what color will the bridesmaids wear?
What color will the men wear?
What color flowers do you want?
How many boutonnieres and corsages do you need?
How many centerpieces?
What do you want your ceremony site to look like?
